We all like to treat people and here are some little known facts for you about how it all started. The tradition of gifting goes back as far as the Babylonians, when Nimrod’s wife, Semiramis, reincarnated him as his own son – strange but true.
But it was the Romans who perfected the art of gifting by presenting both the Emperor and each other with good luck tokens. As you can imagine, they all tried to outdo one another and gifts became bigger and bigger.
Our favourite gift bearer of all time is Aphrodite, the goddess of love. She is known to have given, Eros, the God of Love, a rose. Hence the rose being the classic symbol of the gift of love.
At Ruby Red, we don’t have any real roses for you to give, but we do have some great, aromatic, natural beauty.
Just remember that natural products, just like us, are sensitive to temperatures. They get hot and bothered id they get too warm, hard and shivery if they get too cold. So treat them with care.

Our Fragrances are solid so no damage to the ozone layer. Our blends are created using natural perfumery techniques; which means that, like a symphony, the top, heart and base notes of gorgeous, organic essential oils are combined to make truly wonderful natural fragrances for you to enjoy.
And all our natural beauty products are freshly made by us, in small batches in our own beauty workshop in London; that way we can keep a close eye on our carbon consumption. We only use recyclable or bio-degradable packaging and try to do our best for this beautiful planet of ours.

All our Solid Perfumes are 100% Natural, without any synthetic, artificial fragrance. We capture the aromas of pure, organic essential oils in a blend of Jojoba oil, Shea nut butter and Beeswax which spreads effortlessly on the skin, leaving behind a fragrance which will lasts up to 3/4 hours.
Our Natural Frangipani Solid Perfume takes you on a journey to tropical lands, with the heady, floral scent of Frangipani layered with spicy Ginger and Black Pepper. This is a rich, exotic aroma and a favourite with all our Ruby Red fans.
For those who like a fresher aroma, our Natural Orange Blossom Solid Perfume is reminiscent of a mediterranean breeze. Here top notes of Mandarin, Bergamot, Sweet Orange and Petit Grain, mix with the floral, sweet notes of Ylang Ylang and Vanilla. A light, easy to wear fragrance for day or night.
Easy to carry in your handbag, you can apply when you want to by using your fingertips to spread the perfume on your pulse points.
Irresistible Organic Smoothing Body Scrubs
Our beautiful looking Organic Smoothing Body Scrubs come in 2 great colour Kilner Jar, passionate red and refreshing yellow. Inside, you’ll find 700g of Dead Sea salts to polish the skin and increase blood circulation mixed with some great organic vegetable oils (rich in natural emollients and vitamins) to leave your skin moisturised and smooth.
Choose from two fabulous aromas: the refreshing fragrance of Mandarin and Lemon in the Vitality range or the more exotic scent of Yang Ylang and Patchouli in the Escape range.

If you don’t have the time to email, and you prefer to order online, we will invoice you for payment for the balance due on the postal charges seperately before your order is despatched.
