Ordering online
Order online today and get the benefit of Ruby Red’s organic range delivered directly to your front door. Simply follow these easy steps and the postman will be knocking with a package of freshly-made beauty treats in next to no time.

1. Go to our dedicated ‘shop’ section and peruse the range.
2. Click on the product you want to buy.
3. Click ‘add to cart’.
4. Choose how many items you need (and remember – you owe your sister a nice pressie for that time she looked after the cat).
5. If you want another peek at our products click on ‘continue shopping’, if not hit ‘checkout’. This is where you’ll be transported to our secure PayPal page to process your transaction by debit or credit card. Don’t panic – you’re not committed to buy until this point.


Phone us with your order
We’re happy to accept orders over the phone if you’re paying by cheque or postal order. Call the Ruby Red phone 07 526 526 909 to place your order directly with us.
Please make cheques payable to ‘Ruby Red Cosmetics’ and write your name, home address and cheque guarantee card number on the back. You will need to allow between 3 to 5 business days for cheques to clear before orders are despatched.

Prices
All our prices are in British Pounds (£GBP) and include UK VAT. Although prices and availability are subject to change, we will not increase the price of ordered goods awaiting delivery.


VAT
Our retail prices include VAT at 17.5%. You won’t be charged any hidden extras or charges when it comes to paying the bill.


Our standard delivery charges in UK
. £ 2.50p for order value from £ 0.00p to £ 19.99
. £ 3.00p for order value from £ 20.00p to £ 39.99p
. £ 4.50p for order value from £ 40.00p to £ 49.99p
. Free for all orders in UK over £ 50.00p up until £ 100
We always send out deliveries you’ve paid for, first class post. For orders over £ 49.99p with free delivery, we send them second class post or parcel post depending on the weight.


Delivery details in UK All orders are despatched within 48 hrs except for orders received on Friday and at weekends which are despatched on Monday (our workshop is closed at weekends).

We use Royal Mail to deliver your order. If you’re not in when the postman calls, Royal Mail will advise you when to take delivery. Unfortunately they won’t hold items forever, and any unclaimed deliveries will be returned to us.


Orders over £ 100 and International Orders
For orders over £ 100 or deliveries based outside the UK, please contact us and we’ll work out a quote especially for you.

Our shop online can only quote you standard UK delivery charges so if you want your Ruby Red products of gorgeousness posted abroad or your order is over £ 100 either email Martine before you placed your order at orders@rubyredcosmetics.co.uk and we will invoice you seperately.

If you don’t have the time to email, and you prefer to order online, we will invoice you for payment for the balance due on the postal charges seperately before your order is despatched.

If you’re ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that additional taxes, customs charges and import duties may be applied. These are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns policy
We’re sure you’ll love your order from Ruby Red, but if for any reason you’re unhappy we want to put things right as soon as possible.

Call us to arrange an exchange or refund and remember that we need to hear about damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt.

We hate unwanted emails and phone calls as much as you do. That’s why we’ll never pass on or discuss your details with third parties.


The small print
The Ruby Red website is provided free of charge for your personal use. Any contract of sale of goods between Ruby Red and yourself will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England. Ruby Red irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Ruby Red comply with the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Ruby Red will not be held accountable for the misuse of our products. All ingredients used in a particular product are listed both on our website and on product packaging.

Ruby Red reserves the right to change terms and conditions. Placing an order with us constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
